Here at cockpits.nl 3 combat
flightsimulations are supported with our products,

All these flightsimulations where released a long time ago,
but since the sourcecode of these sims are out in the open, they have
evolved to good looking modern flightsims around their true power, the
dynamic gameplay. |

These simulations are of high quality and many Airforces over the world have
used and are using them for specific trainings. |

Falcon 4.0 |
|
The major power of Falcon is that it has a dynamic campaign,
meaning that no mission is ever the same. Originally an F-16 simulation in a
war going on in Korea, Falcon is now much more than that. |
|
Falcon 4.0 was released back in 1998 and is still going
strong, it has evolved into 2 major user and development groups,
Open Falcon and
FreeFalcon |

Each Falcon version has its pros and cons, hard to tell what
is best and often a matter of taste. For detailed information

For Open Falcon to run it requires the original Falcon 4.0
sim installation. Best chances to find the original Falcon 4.0 are on

Open Falcon does not support widescreen format 2D cockpits.

FreeFalcon5 is a standalone installation, meaning no original
Falcon 4.0 is required and is
downloadable via the FreeFalcon website. |

It has a overhauled graphic engine and allows flying multiple
single and double engine aircraft. |

FF5 supports widescreen format 2D cockpits, matching your
monitor. |
|
In FF5 2D cockpits are fit automatically to show full screen,
if the cockpit and the monitor sizes are too different this can result in
slight stretching. Note that 3D cockpits never stretch. 2D cockpits
automatically scale down to the resolutions that are used |

original FF5 resolution size, is also provided for those with a bit

Falcon 4.0: Allied Force (F4:AF) is a revised retail
release of the original, developed by
Lead Pursuit,inc. and published by
Graphsim Entertainment. It is aimed at
stability, multiplayer and a different theater of war next to Korea, the
Balkans. Still available in shops, online and via Ebay.

F4:AF does have widescreen support, but only the F-16 is

The original EECH sim was released in 1999, but the sim has
evolved drastically to meet today's standards. The community has developed
substantial graphics and gameplay-related enhancements, aside from stability
and multiplayer improvements. The player pilots an attack helicopter inside
