Cockpit in 1600 x 1200 resolution.
This version is intended for a variant of SP3/SP4/FF2/BMS/FF3 and beyond. So that means you
have properly installed Falcon 4.0,
patched with one of the above prior to installing the
superpit. Note that only the BMS/FF3 installs allow autoscaling, therefor it is
possible to fly in lower resolutions. The other variants are for 1600x1200 res
only.

Eagle Superpit features:
features: |
| Features: |
| FCP
and RCP: |
| -
There is a FCP and RCP (front cockpit and rear cockpit), switching
is done via Shift-2 or Shift-1 and panning up/down. |
| -
Flying in the backseat only can be fun if Autopilot is set to combat
mode. |
|
| A/A
grid |
| -
The RCP has an A/A attack grid in the left MPD, click on the left MPD
screen to activate |
|
| MPD
color |
| -
The real F-15E MPD's are in green only, so it is advised to disable
"color MFD's" in the config editor in your main Falcon4 dir. |
|
| Kneeboards |
| -
Kneeboards, the right knee has the excellent checklists by
Red Dog. The left knee in the RCP has the Pusan airbase landing and
departure charts, also by Red Dog. Browsing is done by left and
rightclicking them, the only downside of these browsable charts is that
they actually are the comms volume switches, so browsing them may
influence your comms volume. |
|
| Moving
map |
| -
The FCP has a moving map in the center MPCD, it can be enabled by
pushing the TSD button |
|
| ADI/RWR/HSI |
| -The left MPCD
in the RCP has a digital ADI and a RWR function, the right MPCD a HSI
function |
|
| Nightlighting |
| -
Flying at night, there are 2 options, one is enabling the instruments
lights on the right panel |
| -
The second option is enabling the nightpit for backlit panels. Enabling
the nightpit is done by launching the "Superpits" icon on your
desktop and selecting it. |
|
| -Rampstart |
| -
A full rampstart is possible, checklists on your desktop in PDF format
and on the right knee in game |
