Installation instructions:

A-10A Superpit version 2.0,  released Nov 2004

This version is intended for a variant of SP3/SP4/FF2/BMS/FF3 and beyond. So that means you have properly installed Falcon 4.0, patched with one of the above prior to installing the superpit. Note that only the BMS/FF3 installs allow autoscaling, therefor it is possible to fly in lower resolutions. The other variants are for 1600x1200 res only.

  A-10A pit installation
Step 1  Run the A10A_installer, and point F4patch to the correct .exe
Step 2  Select the variant of your installation and apply
Step 3 Run Falcon and select a A-10 to fly

 
  A-10A nightpit installation
Step 1  Run the Superpits.exe on your desktop and point F4patch to the correct .exe
Step 2  Select the nightpit and apply

Features:
- Smart switching between normal view and wide view (use shift-2)

-  Instruments lights
The right side of the panels has a panel called "INTR LIGHTS", you can switch instrument lights on by turning INST LT from OFF to BRT for flying at night with the daytime pit.

- High resolution kneemap of Korea. (for flying at night use NVG to be able to read the kneemap)

- Rampstart
It is possible to do a complete rampstart, you will find a Checklistst doc on your right knee your art/ckptart A10 folder, or download the A-10 Checklists instruction docs made by Red Dog.

- Browsable checklists on right knee
You can browse through Red Dog's excellent checklists by rightclicking the mouse on the right kneeboard

- Browsable checklists for TACAN frequencies
You can browse through Red Dog's excellent TACAN FREQUENCY checklists by panning down from your 12 o'clock.

- Trim on Stick
There is a imaginary cross on the stick's trim button, using this cross and left and rightclick will let you trim the plane.
