| HOW
TO EXPAND THE FALCONSP CONFIG EDITOR
(or
BMS config editor) |

| In
SuperPAK3/4, F4Patch and
all the default patch files comes prepackaged as one single functional file
named Falconsp Config Editor. For some of the advanced features of F4Patch
to work, you will need to expand the Falconsp Config Editor package. You
will need to do this in order to create new filters and to add or use new
patches that you've downloaded.

Run "Falconsp Config Editor.exe"
or "BMS Config Editor.exe"located in the Falcon4 directory. |

| [2] Confirm "FILTER:"
is set to "ALL PATCHES".
|
|
| Click on "REFRESH
PATCHES" button.

| [3] On
the menu command bar, Click on
"FILE" then "SAVE
ALL PATCHES AS FILTER..." .

| [4] A dialog window
will pop up:

|
Click YES to expand the
package.
|
|

| [5] Another dialog
window will pop up:
|
|
| Click "YES" to
continue.
|
|

| [6] Another dialog
window will pop up:

|
Click "NO" to add the
new data into your existing F4Patch directory.

| [7] Another dialog
window will pop up:

|
| Click "YES" to add a
F4Patch shortcut to your desktop.

[8] Another dialog
window will pop up:
|
|
| Click "CANCEL", as no
filter name is needed.
|
|
|
| [9] Click "EXIT"
to close the Falconsp Config Editor.

| [10] Delete all
shortcuts named Falconsp Config Editor because you will no longer will be
using it. Instead, you should only use the newly created F4patch shortcut
from now on.
